Uniquely situated within the Islands capital Portree, yet set in 20 acres of woodland garden, this country hotel is an ideal base for touring Skye. Built over 200 years ago, Viewfield House retains all its original charm and the splendid victorian interior is wonderfully intact.

Viewfield House has 12 bedrooms, 10 en-suite with bath and shower, one of which is on the ground floor allowing wheelchair access.

Enjoy a Scottish house-party atmosphere with a five course dinner, bed and breakfast. Please note first night of booking is accepted on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis only. We offer discounted rates for stays of 3 nights or more including dinner. Open between mid-April and mid-October. Prices for dinner, bed & breakfast range between £55 and £68 per person, per night.
