Located on the Staffordshire-Shropshire border near the Market Town of Newcastle under Lyme, Slater`s Country Inn has been converted from 18th Century farm buildings. Surrounded by fields on what was, until recently a working farm, Slater`s is full of old-world charm whilst providing a high standard of service and comfort in a warm welcoming atmosphere. Slater`s bar is tastefully designed and retains its homely atmosphere and open fireplace. Open all day for a relaxing drink or meal. There is an extensive menu of freshly prepared home-cooked cuisine. All new for 2005 Slater`s Hotel adjoins the Inn and provides fifteen exceptionally well appointed rooms all en suite. In addition to the hotel accommodation there is one self-catering cottage with Double Bedroom and Lounge/Kitchen area with Sofa Bed. Slater`s Craft Village opened in July 2002 and is an exciting new development adjacent to Slater`s Country Inn.
