Built in 1841 by Sir William Worsley, the first baronet, the Worsley Arms Hotel sits in the heart of the village of Hovingham. The family home and birthplace of The Duchess of Kent, Hovingham Hall, stands nearby.

Food is undoubtedly a highlight, our chef Andrew Jones aims to combine the best of traditional and modern cooking with presentation that reflects an individual style. The food can be enjoyed in The Restaurant or the more informal Cricketers Bistro. Both having recognition from the AA in that they each have two AA Rosettes.

Located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, with old abbeys and historical houses nearby; Castle Howard being just four miles away. Group Affiliations:Fine Individual Hotels Ratings/Awards:AA 3 Stars
