As a base for touring Islay, described by the Lord of the Isles as `The Jewel of the Hebrides` the hotel`s location is unique with many areas of natural beauty within an easy drive. All 7 bedrooms have excellent en-suite facilities and are furnished to a very high standard, some have views over the water towards the Isle of Jura. Relax in individually decorated, warm and comfortable rooms; all have controllable heating, bathtubs and some have power showers. There is a comfortable cosy lounge, located on the first floor, with lots of books to read, games to play or where you can simply relax and admire the view across the harbour. Excellent views across the harbour towards the north west corner of Islay and the Paps of Jura can be enjoyed from the spacious ground floor Conservatory Lounge or why not have a dram or two in the reception lounge with its roaring open fire during the cooler winter months.
