The house`s historic character - it dates from the 17th Century and was a rectory in Victorian times - has been magnificently preserved. In addition to the antiques, there are beautifully restored Edwardian bathrooms, original brasswork, open fireplaces, ornate mouldings and outstanding mahogany and oak panelling.
